According to a new research , researchers of University of Michigan and New York University shows that 1 Tablespoon liquid can store 1 Terabyte (1 TB) of Data. This is possible due to suspended nanoparticals clusters in liquid. Our normal hard drive bits contains only 2 storage states 1-for ON and 0-for OFF but the clusters of particles work a bit like Rubik’s Cubes to reconfigure in different ways to represent different storage states and could change almost 8 Million states representing 2.86 bytes of data or 22.9 conventional bits.
